Lively is Accepted
Blake Lively, who portrayed Bridget in the recent Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, is set to star opposite Justin Long in the Universal Pictures film Accepted. Steve Pink is directing. The story centers on a high school senior (Long) who decides on a unique way to avoid the pressures to attend college. Lively will play his close friend, a girl for whom he also secretly pines.

Justin Long will star in the Universal Pictures comedy Accepted. Steve Pink is directing from a screenplay originally written by Mark Perez, then rewritten by Adam Cooper and Bill Collage. The story revolves around a high school senior who is able to discover a unique way to avoid the pressures of attending college.

Director is Accepted for Universal
Steve Pink will make his feature film directorial debut with Accepted for Universal Pictures. Pink, who has previously worked as a writer-producer-actor, will helm from a screenplay that is being reworked by Adam Cooper and Bill Collage. The film will tell the story of an intelligent teenager who finds a unique way to outsmart his parents.
