Eckhart likes Martha, Mostly
Aaron Eckhart has signed on to star opposite Catherine Zeta-Jones in Mostly Martha, the remake of the 2001 German film of the same name. Scott Hicks is directing from a screenplay by Carol Fuchs. The story has Jones playing a chef who is left reeling after her sister dies, leaving a 10-year-old daughter in her care. At the same time, she finds herself sharing her kitchen with an up-and-comer in the business (Eckhart), and soon sparks fly between the two.

Zeta-Jones ready to be Martha
Catherine Zeta-Jones is set to star in a remake of the German film Mostly Martha. The original film was released in 2001 and was written and directed by Sandra Nettlebeck. The story centers on an obsessive, controlling chef who finds her life turned upside down when she becomes guardian of her young niece and also when a new chef arrives in her restaurant. Scott Hicks will direct the update for Warner Bros. to distribute. Carol Fuchs adapted the screenplay.
