Azaria lands two comedy roles
Hank Azaria (The Simpsons Movie) signed on to star in two upcoming comedy projects from Fox and Sony, respectively. In Night at the Museum 2: Escape From the Smithsonian, Azaria will play an Egyptian pharaoh named Kah Mun Rah. And in Year One, Judd Apatow's next comedy project set in biblical times, Azaria will play the part of Abraham.

Raphael cast in biblical ensemble comedy
June Diane Raphael (Zodiac) may play the love interest of Jack Black's character in Year One, a biblical comedy to be helmed by Harold Ramis (Analyze That). Superbad alumni Michael Cera and Christopher Mintz-Plasse also star, along with Oliver Platt, David Cross, Vinnie Jones and Juno Temple. It will be produced by Judd Apatow (Knocked Up) and is written by Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg (NBC's The Office).

McLovin to star in biblical comedy
McLovin is back! Christopher Mintz-Plasse, who stole the show this summer as everyone's favorite nerdy high schooler in Superbad, will star in Year One, a new comedy to be produced by Judd Apatow (Knocked Up). The film, set in biblical times, also stars Jack Black and Michael Cera. Oliver Platt, David Cross, Vinnie Jones and Juno Temple are in final negotiations.
