Chuck's Levi to pal around with the Chipmunks
Chuck star Zachary Levi will play the cousin of Jason Lee's character in the upcoming Alvin and the Chipmunks sequel. Levi's character gets tangled up with the small threesome.

Betty Thomas to get Squeakuel director credits
Betty Thomas will direct Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel for Fox 2000 and Regency. Plot details are being kept under wraps, but the follow-up will introduce the Chipmunks' female counterparts, the Chipettes. Justin Long, Matthew Gray Gubler and Jesse McCartney will return to lend their voices as Alvin, Simon and Theodore.
