Best known for directing movies such as Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Clueless, Amy Heckerling returns to helm another comedy. Will this project fall along those lines, or will it be more akin to her more horrid stuff like European Vacation?
I Could Never Be Your Woman is a romantic comedy that spans generations. Michelle Pfeiffer stars as a mother who falls for a younger man (Paul Rudd). Meanwhile, her daughter (Saoirse Ronan) falls in love for the very first time. While all these tender entanglements are taking place, Mother Nature (Tracey UIlman) arrives on the scene to mess with their fates. It seems this Mother Nature isn't perhaps so benevolent as she is in The Year Without a Santa Claus. (Kim Hollis/BOP)
