Ugh, a completely unpleasant movie experience. Kidman's character is downright unlikable. Jack Black comes out best. |
Noah Baumbach has attained a bit of a following thanks to his directorial work on the indie flick The Squid and the Whale as well as co-writing The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou with Wes Anderson. His follow-up to The Squid and the Whale is Margot at the Wedding. Like his previous work, "Margot" will explore the intricate relationships within a family.
Nicole Kidman, Jack Black and Jennifer Jason Leigh (Baumbach's real-life wife) all star in the film. Like The Squid and the Whale, it is sure to be deeply honest, darkly funny and occasionally unsettling. (Kim Hollis/BOP)
