The moral/emotional choice that comes up is interesting, and the ending is shocking, but it's also incoherent. |
Sandra Bullock stars in this thriller as Linda Hanson, a woman who seemingly has the perfect life. She lives in a gorgeous home, her two darling daughters are perfect, and her husband (Julian McMahon) is the ideal man. She finds all of that dashed one day, however, when she learns that her husband has been killed in a car accident. Just as she is starting to deal with this devastating news...
...she wakes up. Her husband is alive and perfectly healthy and as far as Linda is concerned, everything was just a dream. Trouble is, she simply can't shake the bad feelings. Everything felt so real, after all. As she pieces the puzzle together, she soon realizes that she wasn't dreaming, and that her perfect life was nothing close to what she believed it had been. Linda must fight to save her family as she tries to keep intact all of the things she and her husband built in their life together. (Kim Hollis/BOP)
