"You know me, Marge. I like beer cold, my TV loud, and my homosexuals fa-laming."
Finally, there is a spy thriller which will specifically appeal to Homer Simpson. And it stars that guy from The Mummy, Brendan Fraser!
The concept here is similar in nature to other spy spoofs such as Johnny English, In Like Flynt and Austin Powers. Gay Secret Agent is a slapstick comedy that revolves around a homosexual spy played by Brendan Fraser. Surprisingly enough, his love for the fellas doesn't inhibit him from career success as a James Bond-style debonair hero. For while he may not want to bed the ladies, his impeccable style, dancing skills and interior design abilities still take their breath away.
Written by SNL alum Brad Hall, the movie wants to be a homoerotic Austin Powers. Fraser has shown a taste for the flamboyant in prior outings such as Monkeybone, Looney Tunes: Back in Action and his guest turn on Scrubs. This project meshes well with his desire to frequently embrace his funny bone. It also ties in to his Gods and Monsters desire to explore his sexuality. (David Mumpower/BOP)
