Recovering child actor found fame some twenty years ago. His resume includes several long forgotten low budget productions such as Fire with Fire, Blue Desert and Voyage of the Rock Aliens. He also managed to latch on to a couple of memorable parts such as the obnoxious patrician in Some Kind of Wonderful and a rising football recruit in The Program. Over the last decade, though, he has been reduced to outskirts of Hollywood celebrity.
Perhaps looking to find success through a new medium, Sheffer is poised to make his directorial debut, and his brought an impressive cast along for the ride. Funnyman Rob Schneider, massive but Michael Clarke Duncan, swinger Ron Livingston and Spin City refugee Jennifer Esposito have all joined the project. (David Mumpower/BOP)
