This movie chronicles the strange death of Brian Jones, one of the founding members of the Rolling Stones. Jones became the face of the '60s revolution, wearing furs, scarves, hats and a variety of jewelry that allowed him to appeal to both men and women alike. He was a trend-setter in the realm of fashion, with his style decisions causing legions of people to emulate him.
Just a few years after this heyday, at the age of 27, Jones was found dead in the deep end of his swimming pool. The official findings surrounding his death said that he died due to an accident caused by his being under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Director Stephen Woolley spent ten years researching the mystery of Jones's fatal swim, and recreates the man's life and times in this biopic. (Kim Hollis/BOP)
